Super speciality block is situated between college gates number two and three. This six floor (G plus 5)building has total built up area of 16,545 square metres. It was established under PMSSY phase III plan with approved cost of Rs 150 crores. The foundation stone was laid down by Honourable Union Minister of Health and Family Welfare Sri J. P. Nadda on 21^stDecember 2016. HSCC (India) Limited constructed the building with tender cost of Rs 66,68,84,099.20. Remaining  amount was used for the procurement of state of art medical equipment. This Super speciality block was inaugurated by Honourable Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath Ji on 8^thDecember 2019, with the total capacity is of 246 beds ( 186 General beds plus 60 ICU beds). All the beds have central oxygen and suction. Entire block is air conditioned with 100% power backup. 

Six super speciality departments namely Cardiology, Neurology, Nephrology, Neurosurgery, Plastic Surgery and Urology are housed in this block. Each of these departments has its separate OPD area, ward and ICU. On the top floor of this block there are six modular operation theatres ( two for each surgical super speciality ) and one Cath Lab of cardiology department.

All the six departments are fully functional and Neurosurgery and Neurology departments are running M.Ch. and D.M. courses respectively. Super speciality courses in Plastic Surgery and Nephrology are expected to start in near future.
